A massive explosion at a food dye factory in Louisville, Kentucky on Tuesday left two people dead and a dozen others injured, as smoke billowed out of torn metal structures and rubble.

Kentucky’s governor says investigators will find out what caused a deadly explosion that ripped apart a Louisville factory.

Officials say they have definitively identified the origin of last week's deadly plant explosion in Kentucky. ATF Louisville officials spoke on Monday and said their findings indicate the explosion at the Givaudan Sense Colour plant was an industrial accident.
