Authorities say at least 10 people have died and others were injured in a fire at a nursing home near the northeastern Spanish city of Zaragoza.

The cause of the fire at the nursing home for people with dementia and other mental health problems is unknown. Local authorities say the victims likely died of smoke inhalation.
